The law firm of Fenrich & Gallagher, P.C. with its of Counsel relationship with Daryl S. Garrettson, has over 50 years of combined experience representing public and private sector employee unions.  We have a consortium of law firms whose focus is on the representation of law enforcement and other public safety unions, however we proudly represent general government and maritime unions as well.

Rhonda Fenrich
Rhonda received her Bachelor's Degree in History, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Oregon in 1989, and she received her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Oregon in 1993.
Rhonda was hired by Aitchison & Hoag in 1991 as a law clerk.  She has represented labor unions since graduating law school in 1993. Rhonda became a partner in 1995.  Rhonda became the West Coast Counsel for the International Organization of Masters, Mates & Pilots in 2010.  She has co-authored numerous articles relating to Collective Bargaining in the State of Oregon, and has been a presenter for continuing legal education courses in the same topic.
Rhonda is licensed to practice law in Alaska, Oregon, and Washington.

Becky Gallagher
A Eugene native, Becky received her Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from Pomona College in 1995, and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1998. She worked as a certified law clerk for the Lane County District Attorney’s Office during law school, then moved to Portland for her third year where she worked as a certified law clerk, then a Deputy District Attorney, for the Washington County District Attorney’s Office. In Washington County Becky handled misdemeanor, felony and juvenile cases.
Becky left the Washington County DA’s Office in 2002 to begin her new career of representing public safety labor unions.  She moved back to Eugene in 2005.  Becky lives in Eugene with her husband and two daughters.  In her free time Becky enjoys spending time with her family.
Becky is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington.

Daryl S. Garrettson Of Counsel
Daryl received a Bachelor's Degree in History from Portland State University in 1973, and he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College in 1976. After passing the Bar, Daryl joined a general practice law firm, working primarily on personal injury and workers' compensation cases. In 1977, Daryl was hired by Yamhill County, Oregon, as an Assistant County Counsel/Deputy District Attorney, and, two years later, he moved on to become the Yamhill County Counsel. As County Counsel, Daryl was responsible for all legal matters involving the County, including labor relations issues.
In January, 1986, Daryl became Chief Litigation Attorney for Marion County, Oregon, representing the County in arbitrations, contract negotiations and the like. During Daryl’s tenure with Marion County Legal Counsel, he also served for two years as City Attorney for the City of Willamina, Oregon.
Daryl joined the firm of Aitchison, Hoag, Vick and Tarantino as an associate, became a partner in 1993 and has represented public safety labor organizations ever since. He became Of-Counsel to the firm of Fenrich and Gallagher in 2011.
Daryl lives outside of Lafayette, Oregon, with his family. He serves as the Chairman of the Yamhill County Planning Commission, and in his free time Daryl enjoys skiing, tropical beaches, painting and espousing the History of Europe.
